My Main Tasks included:
• Sales, marketing, and promotion of Voith products.
• Aiding in implementation of Company’s business plan.
• Providing market information, sales forecast, and market studies.
• Participating in the technical and commercial negotiation of orders.
• Participating at trade show exhibits and conferences when required.
• Following up on customer complaints and claims to their satisfaction.
• Providing quotations and technical assistance to new and existing customers.
• Preparing and delivering products presentations to new and existing customers.
• Working with application/project engineering departments to ensure efficient project management.
