• Project activity and scope:
Consider to special design of the building and huge number of windows on it, all of windows has been inspected to find any abnormal temperature gradient that can be cause of breaking of windows glasses. Electrical panels of the utility, elevators and emergency facilities has been inspected by thermograph imager to find abnormality.

• Project activity and scope:
According to Client order and prepared pWPS, one PQR has been fitted up and welded. In this process witness and visual inspection as a third part has been carried out by TWI CS. If that PQR passed the visual inspection, the sample has been inspected by advanced UT method (PAUT & TOFD) to cost management and prevent of any rework before DT test.
After passing the ANDT, the PQR shall be post heat treatment according to the pWPS and procedure. Supervision of that process including checking the devices, number and location of the thermocouples, Number, location, and coverage of heating elements; heating rate adjustment, soaking time, graph drawing process, cooling rate, insulating process has been done by TWI-CS experts.

Project 2:
• Location: Azerbaijan, Baku
• Client: CAMERON, UBOC project
• Project activity and scope:
we had caring out the TOFD test for longitudinal and circumferential welds of pressure vessel and PAUT test for cap and shell nozzles of those vessels. The range thickness of the objects is from 40 up to 110 mm. Scan plane of inspection for both methods are preparing by ECLIPS-Beam Tools software to we can achievement of best coverage (one scan or more than that) and make a clear information about some limitation of inspection regarding to geometry.

• Project activity and scope:
we had caring out the THERMOGRAPHY for windows frame of three building including PALAC City residency tower and its shopping center, LA-LUNA Hotel and CITY Tower. Total number of frames that has been inspected by thermograph imager was 1500 frame. Some abnormally temperature gradient has been observed because of sealant problem, bad assembly, bad frame installation and insulation problem.

• Project activity and scope:
Currently, Azerbaijan government has an enormous project as Reconstruction and Modernization of HAOR refinery. Some new units have been constructed and should be added to old refinery. So many conjunction points should be added to old piping system that have to inspected. These locations have been reported to TWI CS by endorsement and P&ID drawing. TWI CS has carried out visual inspection, MT, B-Scan by PAUT to detect presence of any lamination and corrosion, hardness test and positive material identification.

TWI CS carry out site inspection by conventional (VT, MT) and advanced NDT methods on CML’s (Condition Monitoring Location). B-SCAN by PAUT to corrosion/erosion finding and mapping, TOFD to confirmation and measuring of any anomalies that has been observed, Thermography inspection on facility/equipment and piping of HAOR (Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery in Baku).

• Project activity and scope:

TWI Persia carry out site inspection by advanced NDT methods (PAUT, B-SCAN by PAUT to corrosion mapping, TOFD for welding, LRUT, PEC and Thermography) on offshore and onshore facility/equipment and piping (169 offshore platforms and 4 Area in Onshore - Totally 300 pressure vessel and 22000 Corrosion Monitoring Location).

• Project activity and scope:

VT and LRUT Inspection of Aboveground Gas, Oil and Oil derivatives pipeline (270 km) in KHOOZESTAN (south of IRAN) region. DCVG, CIPS & PCM has been carried out for underground pipeline in ECDA and ICDA method and detected critical location has been excavated and inspected by VT and LRUT.
