Abstract
Today, asset management is considered as a complete process that involves handling, developing, operating, maintaining, and sourcing organizational assets by improving productivity and reliability throughout their lifecycle. In fact, asset management could significantly consider all main priorities of oil and gas companies, improving operational efficiencies, protecting the environment and its ecosystems and also health and safety of the workforce. It has been clear that operational efficiency is one of the primary driving forces behind the increasing wave of investment in modern asset management systems in the many of great oil and gas industries. Recently, the asset management implementation would be essential and vital to perform the strategic objectives of advanced and successful industrial plants. On the other words, without the asset management, the organizations would not be able to translate of language of strategic management into tactics.
